Currently Coveting - The Leather Skirt

AW wishlist - the leather skirt

Leather Biker Skirt, £100 // Coated Full Midi Skirt, £30 // Wrap Kilt in Leather Look, £45 // Midi Skirt in Leather, £130 // Pencil Skirt in Patent Pu, £38

And so begins the time of year when I started obsessively planning my winter wardrobe. I am so a winter dresser - layers, detailing, boots, oh my! Currently coveting a leather skirt. In an attempt to buy 'smarter' and invest in pieces that will stand the test of time, the biker skirt is probably going to be my investment this season - but I can't help but wonder if the full, midi styles will be a bit more flattering? The middle kilt is absolute perfection and at £45 is a total steal. Would you brace patent PU? Maybe for the party season!

The warmer weather seems to be poking it's head around the corner, and true to form my sartorial choices are heading into zone BRIGHT. I'm usually shrowded in greys, blacks and navy throughout the colder months so I'd welcome a pop of colour into my existing wardrobe with any of the above. The blue Zara Perspex clutch would just about satisfy my craving for the Charlotte Olympia one below (but omg, it's just so pretty!) and despite not really wearing pink, this Boohoo playsuit is just calling my name. Fun jewellery from Dissaya and Tatty Devine would add a pop of colour and fun to existing pieces in my wardrobe and these chevron Zara wedges would be super fun with the playsuit, don't you think?

If my boyfriend were the sultan of Brunei (thanks for the cute title there, Gala!) I would totally be dropping he big bucks on the below. The Alice and Olivia dress is just so pretty, I can imagine wearing it with a perfectly neon pink pout. The perfume clutch, be still my beating heart. Markus Lupfer jumpers are super cute and this ice cream variety would never go out of fashion for spring. Tatty Devine statement necklaces are the stuff that my jewellery wardrobe dreams are made of.

All Kinds of Awesome

Currently Coveting

After playing dress up in Fishee Designs' Retro Photobooth at the Vintage Wedding Fair on Sunday, I am desperate for long mermaid turquoise hair. This Annabel's Wig Morgan Wig may have to do while I start washing my hair in Miracle Grow.

this teal and purple leopard print dress by Lavish Alice would get worn right through to winter. And I do love me some leopard print.

I am gutted that these black studded sandals from New Look are no longer available in my size. Real leather at just £10? Get on over there, they're a classic in the making!

Foodie Faves

This Prawn, Quinoa and Avocado salad looks and sounds delish. Proper good, healthy grub at it's best.

Again with the amazing colour, this Vegetable Quiche is also dairy free.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites. Enough said.

ASOS Knitted Tshirt Dress, £40

I seem to be forever after the perfect slouchy top/tunic to go with high shine leggings and high tops.

Gee Horsfield's Top 5 cute iPhone cases. I want all of these to add to my ever expanding cliched collection.

The Dance Lace pumps from Converse at Office. But can I really justify £40 on a pair of plimsoles?

Blowing my mind...

This incredible Angry Birds cake from Lily Pink Bakery. I always seem to stumble upon photos of their sweet treats during a session on the cross trainer, which is just too cruel.

Lime Crime's Enchanted Places Pinterest board is a really nice place to go and daydream with a cuppa...
