The brainchild of three of the UK's most acclaimed alternative wedding vendors - The Couture Company, Assasynation and Liliia - brings together a hand-picked selection of the UK's finest and most unique wedding suppliers. From kawai nail design to punk rock cakes, gothic corsets to hand illustrated paper loveliness, we're going to be there with our Rock n Roll Bride collection and also selling Rock n Roll Bride Magazine - double the unicorn-haired fun!
If you're bored to tears of blinged-up ivory bridal gowns, terrified of all the hyped-up bridal-banter, sick of having £££ added on to your quote just 'cause you're putting a ring on it and tearing your hair out 'cause your mum doesn't 'get' alternative weddings, the Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza is for you. We, the Baad-Ass Mother Flockers, are a whole bunch of outsiders too. We're not the cool kids, swanning around pure-white bridal shows and looking down our noses if you don't 'fit in'. We're not earning commission for each flounced up chair cover we manage to cram down the throats of terrified brides-to-be. We're artists, makers, designers, who love what we do, and hope that you do too.
The Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza runs this Sunday, November 3rd, at Fazeley Studios in Birmingham, UK. Tickets are £6 on the door or £3 if you buy in advance online. We can't wait to meet you, babe!
