But let's get down to business. The winner of the competition is...
CAROL from http://www.mystylisms.blogspot.com/
You can view Carol's entry below. I loved the brown against the black; I'm a firm lover of all things clashing (Navy and Black..Pink and Red!) but have never seemed to be able to pull off black and brown. Since Carol posted the entry, I've worn my dress twice! Carol, please email me with which items you'd like: crownandglory@hotmail.com
Another noteable entry was by Claudia from http://vogueclub.blogspot.com/. I love how she offset the lace collar with some gorgeous grey lace tights; Claudia, DM me your address on twitter and I'll send you a little thankyou gift!
Many thanks to everyone that entered, even if it was only just a few of you; I'd prefer to give away items to people that are true fans of Crown and Glory instead of just 'compers!' While not all competition will be based around this nature, I have decided to no longer do twitter competitions; in my eyes, people tweeting about any and every competition is just plain rude. Perhaps it's different from big-name brands such as Specsavers or Very, but as a small, independent brand I find it nothing short of an insult that someone would win an item I spent hours making by hand only to stick on their massive pile of 'wins'. Apologies if this offends anyone, but in the recent spirit of blogging I felt it best to be honest!
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. In the next few weeks I'll be posting a how-to for making personalised crackers and hopefully revamping the shop.

Aw, thank you for mentioning my design. I think the winner well deserved it too :-)
