Rock n Roll Bride for Crown and Glory - Behind the Scenes

Fancy a peek behind the scenes at the Rock n Roll Bride for Crown and Glory lookbook? Thanks to the wonderful Alexa Loy for capturing all these cute details, and the vendors for totally bringing the pretty and giving us so much to play with!

We shot at the stunning Belt Craft Studios in North London. An ex textile factory, this studio is jam packed with a variety of props and sets to keep even the most discerning of photographers happy.
Ever on brand, Kat's bag is from Bershka.

Wild About basically loaned us their whole flower shop! More hydrangeas than you could shake a stick at. They added just enough girlish charm to the stripped back sets.
What happens when you combine the wardrobes of two accessory addicts? Shoe and bag porn, that's what.
Gorgeous jewellery by brand new British brand Mona Mara. Everyone on set ended up bagging their favourite to take home - peace sign necklace for me.
We were loaned dressed from the amazing in-house 'Flaunt It' collection at Fur Coat No Knickers. If I was planning on getting married anytime soon, the Bellini would be the top of my list; it was wonderful to wear and fit like an absolute glove. In fact, do I need to be getting married to wear it? Maybe not...
Hair and makeup for the day was provided by the genius that is Elbie van Eeden. We both wanted super fresh looks; blue eyelashes for me and pink brows for Kat.

Our giant, colourful jellyfish friend was quite the show stealer. A beautiful streamer chandelier created especially for us by the ace folk at Scene Setters.

We all spent the day wishing this spelt out CROWNS. Imagine!

By the end of the day - 23 headbands, 6 sets, 4 touch ups, 2 shoe changes, 3 accessory changes, 6 coffees and 1 cheesy 90s playlist later - we were all tuckered out. Liberace would approve.
